Today we are opening up Narbad Recruit, the first app in the Narbad suite. Recruit is an applicant tracking system for teams that want hiring to feel organized without hiring an operations team to run it.
Every workspace gets a visual pipeline for each opening, AI-assisted CV screening, interview scheduling with live transcription, and a public careers site on your own subdomain, live from day one.
Why start with hiring?
Because it is the process where small teams feel the most pain per person involved. Hiring touches email, calendars, documents, and a parade of one-off spreadsheets. It has deadlines, external stakeholders, and real consequences when a good candidate falls through a crack.
It is also where AI genuinely helps today. Parsing a CV into a structured profile, rating it consistently against a job description, and summarizing an hour-long interview are exactly the kinds of repetitive, high-volume reading tasks that models do well, while people keep making the actual decisions.

Recruit ships with customizable pipelines per job, automatic CV parsing for PDF and Word documents, AI ratings with visible reasoning, structured interview scorecards, live interview transcription with AI summaries, timezone-correct scheduling, and a branded careers site where applications flow straight into your pipeline.
Everything runs inside your own Narbad workspace, on your own subdomain, with your data isolated from every other tenant.
What is next
